THE STORY OF BRAN NUE DAE

Gives the backstory to the making of the feature musical ‘Bran Nue Dae’. It tells how this crazy madcap story was based on a stage play by Indigenous musician Jimmy Chi and his band ‘Kuckles’, and their experiences growing up in the 60’s in the multi-cultural pearling town of Broome, in the tropical North West of Australia.
